We recommend you to drink sufficient amounts of liquids before you go into the sauna, especially after training.
Have a warm shower before entering the sauna to warm up your body and for hygenic reasons.
Enter the sauna or the steam bath without clothes. (Exemption: textile steam bath and „Rosatschbad“)
Please use a big towel while sitting or laying on the benches in the sauna for hygenic reasons.
A stay in the sauna should take between 8 and 12 minutes as, but no longer than 15 minutes.
2 or 3 sauna session are an optimum.
Take a rest between the sauna sessions for 10 till 15 minutes.
Have a cold shower after leaving the sauna.
Drink a sufficient amount of liquids after visiting the sauna (mineral water or tea).
Don’t enter the sauna during a sauna infusion.
The loud talk is to be avoided in the sauna areas and in the relaxing rooms.
Avoid going to the sauna with an empty stomach or directly after a meal.
It is not recommendable to go into the sauna when having: -Fever or flu ; acute inflammation -Asthma ; epilepsy -Cardiovascular problems -Varicose veins, migraines -Cancer, tubercolosis -Hyperthyroidism -High blood pressure (after consulting a doctor)
